These lists are current as of 07 January 2026. All Airmen Engineers are personally accountable to know when their fitness assessment is due, and required to schedule and complete their fitness assessment in accordance with AFMAN 36-2905, Air Force Physical Fitness Program before their due date. Please report with your Common Access Card (CAC) 15 minutes prior to your scheduled date and time. If you have a current medical profile (valid AF Form 469), you need to bring it with you - no exceptions. All Airmen Engineers will also wear the authorized Air Force physical training uniform in accordance with AFI 36-2903, Dress and Personal Appearance of United States Air Force and United States Space Force Personnel.

The Air Force has officially transitioned to updated Physical Training (PT) standards. All Airmen are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the current scoring charts and diagnostic testing policies.

Verify your current fitness status.
Identify your next Fitness Assessment (FA) due date.
Schedule your assessment within the regulatory window.

When you schedule your fitness assessment on myFitness, you should receive an email with further reporting instructions.

Please save the blank scorecard and record your location of your test before fully completing you fitness assessment sign up.
If you have a fully exempted AF Form 469, please sign up for the 0730 block of drill so Services can record your hieght and weight.
